I have made my order hollister cloths through the phone Wednesday then I asked for next business day shipping because I needed it to take it with me for my flight.
I was told on the phone it would be arriving on Friday so I waited whole Friday and it didn't arrive.
I called customer service the person who is named Sean, the supervisor, just hang up even i haven't finish talking about my order.
So I called back again hoping talk to someone then he hang up again on me.
I can not talk to their customer service and ask about my order.
I definitely needed my package before Saturday so I paid for next business day air shipping which is written on their website.
I contacted Fedex to track for my package, then I was told that package isn't even apply for express nor next business day air.
I take this problem seriously as fraud. This is not what I have told for my order either what I paid for my shipping.
