These people were kind the first time we went in, and helpful. We spent $480 on school uniforms that we ended up not needing. Obviously, I didn't want a refund for the uniforms my child had worn. However, there were $270 worth of unworn uniforms. I returned their merchandise. That was a month ago. I still don't have a refund. They supposedly say they sent it to the debit card i paid with, which I explained many times has been canceled for some time. My bank says the funds were not sent to my account. These people do not care that my $270 is missing much less that it's their fault. They have been rude and hostile.
