I order my uniforms from sports55 on April 5 with the agreement that the uniforms would be delivered within a 4-6 week timeframe. The salesman, "Jimmy" guaranteed the 4-6 weeks and I double checked because we have a tournament on May 27th and must be in full uniform. Today is May 20 and they still can give me no timeframe when I will be receiving my uniforms. The customer service representative keeps telling me, "The shirts will be delivered shortly, but the pants... We're not sure." Well anyone that plays baseball/softball knows that you can't take the field with half of a uniform.
We spent $2,700 for 20 uniforms and it's looking like we won't even be able to wear them this year. This is a preliminary message, if I do not receive my uniforms by May 27th... I will be calling the consumer protection agency and I will be writing numerous complaints on the internet. I've definitely been deceived in this whole process.
