When I moved into my house, this company was recommended at inspection. At that time, everything was fine.
The following year, I mailed in a check for terminte service. We had a sudden ant problem, so I called in and requested that an Ant treatment be done at the same time.
At that time I told them I would like to put the charge on my credit card. I was told no, that they would pick up payment during the service call.
When the serviceman came out, my husband was home and I was not. Husband had no idea what was being done, and the seviceman told him they'd send us a bill.
No bill came.
I recieved a call from the office manager a week or so later. Again, my request to pay by credit card was REFUSED.
This went on every week or so for about a month. My payment request was refused every time.
I gave up.
Finally, invoices started arriving with late charges, which I refused to pay because it was either stupidity on their part, or a scam.
Months later I got a collection notice, which I promptly paid by check with a letter explaining the company's refusal to accept payment.
The check cleared.
And the collection letters keep coming. And of course, wheh I call there's only a recording saying no one is available and to call back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their billing practices are either ignorant, or unethical. Bad news either way.
