Do not do any type of business with ron hubbard or top dog leasing! He is a complete fraud and steals security deposits from people. His office is a post office box so that the people he stole money from can't track him down and bring this criminal to justice.
I found out from my neighbor that he hid a key under a rock at my property, let complete strangers enter, and advertised a price much lower than i had allowed. I think he even slept there, probably hiding from police.
Ron hubbard doesn't even have an office - ask to meet with him in person, and he'll meet you at an anonymous location that he chooses. No one knows where he currently lives, because he is hiding from the law.
Beware of this scam artist - i almost fell for his trick.
