After coming home from being deployed in Afghanistan, my husband Anthony Rivera and I went to buy our first home.in order for us to be financed to purchase our home a pest control company had to deem the house "termite free". They claimed it was, and we were able to buy our house.
A month after moving in, we found evidence of termites. 1st Choice Pest Control came out and admitted there were termites, and agreed to spray with the guarantee, that if the termites came back, they would tent the house. Three sprays later, we still have the termites, and they refuse to send out the paperwork stating they will have the house tented. We don't have the money to do it ourselves and we had wanted to try and sell our house next year but now we don't know if we would be able to. My husband is supposed to deploy again in 2010 and he is worried that this issue will still not be resolved by the time he leaves.
This company is VERY dishonest. I discourage anyone from doing business with them.
