My service began to experience long outages. My internet was down, my phone line stopped working and some of the TV services stopped working.
I spent hours on the phone and I spent days waiting for technicians. Each time I was given a different reason (construction, upgrades, faulty wires, etc.) Each time the service would start having problems within a day or two after the tech left. Finally, after much frustration and expenses, plenty of driving to Kinkos and spending nearly $300 for internet and faxes, the FIFTH technician (that's 5 techs to my house in one month) finally repaced the faulty Verizon box outside of the house. On March 16 I called and was promised a credit for 50%. They gave me reference number 0515448. Now my bill has come out and no credit has been issued. I called and they have advised me that tell will never issue a 50% credit. They said a $54 credit (~25%) was denied.
