Ordered Verizon fios over the internet. They said I would get a $5 discount every month for the first year, of course they lied, no $5 credit on the first bill. Called them up and supposedly now I will receive $5 off every month for the first year. Before they installed fios, they said verizon would have to dig in front of our house in order for them to put the fios wires under the ground. They came down, and dug. The next week after the verizon tech installed fios we asked them when are they going to come and fix the hole. The tech said within a week. Now we are a MONTH later and the hole is still there, and we made over 100 calls to verizon, spoke to managers / supervisors and every day they give me some lame excuse why they have not come down yet to fix the hole. They said the following:
What hole is it??? We did not dig any hole...
Then they say the ticket is opened they will call you within 24-48 hrs to se up an appointment. 72 hrs pass and no phone call from them... Still it is not fixed... They say it is out of their hands and that it is the responsibility of a private contractor... Someone already fell in this hole, and we could sue verizon's ass. The customer service sucks, each one has a worse attitude then the next. The hold time to wait for a supervisor / tech support is 45 minutes. Asked them for the private contractors phone number... Of course they do not give it out. The manager said they would call back the same day of course they do not, the supervisor who was supposed to follow up on it left all the paperwork on her desk and did not follow through with it. What kind of supervisor can do such a thing??? Stay away from them, and do NOT LET THEM DIG IN FRONT OF YOUR HOUSE FOR ANY REASON!!!
