Unhappy With FIOS

I switched to FIOS 15 Mbps/5 Mbps internet over a year ago. This should be a set-it-and-forget-it service that should not ever require me to call customer service; yet I have never experienced an internet provider I have to call every month or so and spend hours trying to get something or other to work. Last month I lost the ability to stream video to my computer (Netflix technicians identified the problem as a fluctuating connection speed). Their "technicians" can't fix this... And don't even try. Now my email client stopped working due to a POP3 server error, and the Verizon technician wouldn't wouldn't even address the issue, claiming that Verizon doesn't support the email client I've been using with their internet for five years...? It works one day and doesnt work the next? Terrible service that doesn't work consistently and untrained technicians that don't care.
