After placing an order for some scissors costing $217.00 and then paying for 2nd day delivery, my order came to $238.00. I recieved and printed a reciept of this transaction, checked bank account the following day and this amount was charged to my bank account. After waiting 7 businees days and not recieving anything I started to make phone calls to the Customer Service number listed on the website, no one ever answers, you just recieve a voicemail message asking you to leave a message. Left numerous voicemail meassges with no responses, I then decided to send an email to address listed and after 5 days have still recieved no response to my email either. This website needs to be shut down now... Please don't order from this company and lose the amount of money I have...
