Ordered from the above company (s)... Company (s) charged my mastercard for the (kit) i had ordered even sent an e/mail confirming and thanking me for the order also said order was sent out...
I send in an email after the order didnt arrive (its been since june 6th 06 since it was placed)... And got back a response saying to confirm the address so thats what i did...
Then I got no more responses back from them from that time forward... I even called their (800) number and got a brushoff with their customer service department...
I waited awhile after that because they said they would get back to me but they never did so i sent them other email messages but got no responses back...
Called again the (800) number again but now the response is to (leave a message)... Of course nobody returns my calls...
Im getting ready to file a dispute with the mastercard issuer i used to try and recover my $ and Ive listed them here in the hopes of getting their attention...
