I ordered CBTL coffe on September 19, money deducted from my bank on September 21. Order was supposed to be shipped within 14 days of sale ending on October 1. I have sent numerous emails and left voicemails with absolutely no response. They state that they answer their emails within 24 hours or leave a message and they will call back. That is a joke! They are ripoffs! My order status stated "pending" until I started emailing and calling. Now it doesn't state anything. I have given them my order reference number, phone number and they have my email. Buyer beware!
