Never delivered the product I ordered... But charged my card anyway!

I ordered an watch from this site on 11/28/08. I expected it to be delivered by Christmas, as it was a gift for my husband. It was December 23, and no watch had been delivered. No email from them saying it was back-ordered or on it's way, etc. But I noticed they charged my card the day I placed the order. I went to the website to check the status of my order. It just said "processing". I went to their contact page, and no contact phone is given (surprise, surprise). They had a web contact form, so I used that to contact them. No response.

December 27 I sent them an email (contact email address listed on their site). Again, no response. I searched for a phone number and finally found one on my credit card statement, listed along with the company name and the charge. On January 5, I called the number and it went to an answering machine. I left a somewhat angry message. And then... Yep, you guessed it... No response to that either.

So, I went to my bank a couple of days later and explained the situation and asked them to reverse the charge. Fortunately, I've got a great bank and they agreed to do that. But to date, no watch has been delivered and no responses to any emails or calls.
Bottom Line... Stay as far away from this company as possible.

I wish I had checked the BBB before I did business with them. I just checked now and the BBB has given them an "F" rating for similar complaints.
