For the second month in a row my AT&T bill has a $14.95 unauthorized charge from Regional Commerce Svcs. The ironic thing is that this company provide internet identity theft services.
Upon my insistence I was able to get the AT&T customer service rep to reverse the charges off of my bill.
I will call Regional Commerce Services on Monday to complain. My strategy will be to get a supervisor and to record his/her name and contact information and to get assurances that this will not happen again.
I also intend to contact the CA Public Utilities Commission.
