Microsoft Online Svcs Bill. Ms.net
Charges my card with $19.95 for services never received.internet

I have received serveral charges on my charge card from "MICROSOFT ONLINE SERVI BILL. MS.net WA"
and have never received services from this site for anything. I was charged twice for the amount of $19.95.

I have had a difficult time convincing the Charge card company that this is fraud. They assume that it is some service I inadvertently signed up for and forgot about. I have disputed the charges and will continue to follow up.

Does anyone out there have information on who to contact or how to find out the basis of these fraudulent charges? Please post on "usacomplaints.com" if you know of a way to put a stop to this.
