InkSell.com sells defective cartridges that will DESTROY your printer.
They are aware of this problem but continue to sell these leaky defective cartrigdes.
Try contacting customer service BEFORE you purchase. The "live chat" function is a joke - it says "waiting for an operator" for like 5 hours. No one ever answers it.
Maybe contacting them by phone is better right? 1-800-255-0483 - give it a try - good luck. It only took about 100 calls to get something other than a crappy answering machine.
This company does not understand the term Customer Service. They could care less that they placed my order on backorder (even though I was not informed and did not request backorder). My toner arrived 3 weeks later than it should have and when it did it was leaky and destroyed my printer drum. This has to be the worst online buying experience I have ever had.
I thought InkSell.com was good judging from all their testominals. It appears that after finding others online like myself I think InkSell.com wrote their own testominals. Reading them now, it reads more like a brochure.
