They want to charge $50 for a service call, due "no signal" (code 771, about 20 hd channels) for one of the receivers, claiming it is my responsibility (for a faulty leased box @ $6/ month?). Moreover, they have removed espn2, fox news, and about 8 other popular ones, even though i pay for them monthly. Their customer service is unhelpful and redundant, not knowledgeable, and trained to extort people..
They try to make you pay for everything, and when you tell them more channels have been removed, the ask you if you want to upgrade! How unethical. I even asked the girl if she would like this to happen to her, she said "probably not", then i asked how she manages sleeping at night, she said she has "bills to pay".
Obviously, no remorse or ethics.
It is their responsibility to change faulty equipment, and to provide for the service they advertise!
