They want to charge $50 for a service call due to "no signal" (code 771, about 20 HD channels) on one of the receivers, claiming it is my responsibility, for a faulty leased box at $6 a month. Moreover, they have removed ESPN2, Fox News, and about 8 other popular channels, even though I pay for them monthly. Their customer service is unhelpful, redundant, not knowledgeable, and trained to extort people.
They try to make you pay for everything, and when you tell them more channels have been removed, they ask you if you want to upgrade! How unethical. I even asked the girl if she would like this to happen to her, and she said "probably not." Then I asked how she manages to sleep at night, and she said she has "bills to pay." Obviously, no remorse or ethics.
It is their responsibility to replace faulty equipment and to provide the service they advertise!
