Beware of the bait and switch ATT is giving on their $19.95 "high speed" internet service. This is actually the price of their slowest service - which is the slowest transfer rate in the industry. Once you call, they try to up sell you to the $25, $30, or $35 speed rate packages. AND good luck if you actually need a human to help you change your service... I experienced hold times of over 47 minutes on 4 different days, and when I actually got to a human, they inevitably had to transfer me to someone else which resulted in more than 3 disconnects. I currently have both personal and business services with ATT, but waiting on the edge of my chair for a true competitor to enter this market.
