3 months ago, i bought new phones from T-Mobile along with renewing my contract for 2 years. The store representative along with the store product displays indicated that I was entitled for mail in rebate cards if I buy the phones in full price as displayed. I did that and the store employee gave me a form plus a sheet showing what i purchased and how much i paid for them. I filled the sheet comletely and correctly, I attached to it the SKU number as well as the sheet prepared by the T-mobile employee.
A month later, I got a latter saying that the sheet prepared and given to me by T-mobile does not match the product SKU provided. I also was give a telephone number to call. I called the number many times during the indicated business hours, but nobody answer the phone. Then, I called the regular customer service number appearing on my regular monthly bill and I told the representative about the case and about nobody is answering the phobe at the rebate center. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then she said I fixed your case, and they will send you your $80 rebate debit card. I said Thank you.
Today, on 1/24/09, I received another letter from their rebate center in El Paso, TX sayingthey refused to send me my rebate cards on the ground that I bought them from unqualified sellling point. This is rediculous. I bought them from their company store on Beechmont Ave in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have not seen more dishonest and crooked people and company in my life before. These peoples are crooks, unfriendly, comminting daily fraud and somebody should put an end them.
