Bought a T-Mobile phone and service for $170.00. There was a $70.00 rebate with the phone, that I sent in with proof of purchase, and a long form I had to fill out to get the rebate.
T-Mobile sent me a letter back, saying I had not filled out there form correctly, because I had not entered a number correctly. I was supposed to get this number from the inside of the battery compartment case, but there were three numbers in there, none of them labled. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and got a call back from T-Mobile, telling me I had to give them the correct number on the form.
When asked for which number from inside the case to use, the employee didn't know either. I gave up on the rebate. I cancelled T-Mobile service last month, when the contract was up.
