I efiled my taxes with tax brain for the purpose of a 2 day rapid refund. After being excepted by the irs i got rejected by SBBT/RAL for the 2 day rapid refund.
Their reason being was because they stated i was a risk do to the fact it could be delayed by the irs. I called SBBT/RAL and asked them what determination was there for me being a risked or delayed. They would not answer that question after repeatedly asking them.
I called the IRS and asked them if i was a risk or could my refund be delayed. They said it was accepted by them and there is no reason.
I talked to Tax Brain and asked them the same questions and they stated that they have nothing to do with this it is SBBT/RAL.
Why dont they say something in the beginning if your going to be rejected why pay for the fee when you can efile it yourself and no fees. This is a total rip off.
I would advise anyone to steer clear of these rip off people
