A friend of mine called me and told me there was a issue with tax returns filled on taxbrain using SBT for funds transfer.
I went on the internet and found out that refunds were sent to Republic Bank in Kentucky instead of SBT. I called Republic Bank in Kentucky and they told me my refund had been sent to their bank and would be sent back to the IRS next week.
Republic Bank told me I could not get my refund from their bank and the IRS would issue a paper check in 4 to 6 weeks. Needless to say I AM LIVID!!!
My family has used TaxBrain for the past 5 years and they convinced me just this year to use your service. No one contacted me telling me of this situation and for that they suck. I have informed my family and friends of this situation and they will not be using Tax Brain or SBBT again and neither will I.
Tax Brain and SBBT are the WORST!!
