When i chose sbbt for my ral, i did not think that i would be waiting for two weeks or i would have chosen the ach funding, forgoing paying the apr rate of 84.528% for sbbt's loan.
I was denied ral by sbbt for "certain factors that either alone or in combination, appear in a large number of applications where the tax refund may be delayed or disallowed by the irs."
That is a direct quote from sbbt with no real reason for denial of the ral, but they still will handle my refund and charge me their percentage. And here i'll wait for 11-17 days for jackson hewitt tax services, who is equally at fault for recommending sbbt, to call and say that sbbt sent my refund to their office.
