I ordered a pair of boots on Oct. 16. On Oct. 24 I emailed them asking for a delivery estimate, since my card had already been charged, and got "You should be receiving an email shipping confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse. We are working vigorously to get everyone's order out to them by Halloween."
On Nov. 17 I emailed again, having heard nothing, then again on Dec. 1, and again on Dec. 9, threatening to contact the BBB if I got no response. They replied "We will credit your account." but I still haven't seen the refund. So now, I'm reporting them.
