I received a bill with 9 pay per views that I did not order. When I called customer service I was told there was no way this could be wrong (even though one movie was on my bill 6 times). When I spoke to a supervisor named Bill (no last name), he was rude, called me a liar, and offered to take off 1 ppv if I agreed to block all ppv's. No one at the 1-800 number would give me any other number, address, or person to talk to. Also, their website gives no help at all other than to let me e-mail the same people who refused yo help me before.
