About a 4-5 months ago my wife wrote a check at this sorry store for some food. We never had a clue that this check we wrote would bounce. Even when are checks bounce our bank takes care of it and we pay the bak for our mistake.
We do not make it any habit to write bad checks. But when this happened we were not informed in any way by sucky Washington mutual or krogers.
Recently we received in the mail that the company is pursuing legal action against us. They also made it look like were some dishonest citizens. They even had a warrant out for my wifes arrest.
I called Kroger and asked them why they didnt contact us. They stated they had tried and couldnt reach us. I asked if they left messages they said yes. That is a lie, I have received no messages from them.
I then asked if they mailed us anything or sent us certified mail. They again claimed they had but i never got mail and never got a certified letter or a note from the post office about a letter.
I just find it interesting that our correct info was on the check and they couldnt manage to send mail to the right place.
Thanks alot krogers for bending me over and srewing me repeatedly!!!
So what is your company going to do to right this srewing you have put on me.
You know i am going in the military soon and i am also a paramedic. Why would i want to help people like you? The companys today are such a disgrace now days.
