Never repaired problem, i cancelled, they are billing me

I was coaxed into Dishnetwork by my phone company with a free offer of 24 months. I went ahead and had this installed, but the main TV in the house never worked correctly, kept losing signal. A man stopped by from Dish and I explained the situation to him and he said I would be contacted that afternoon by someone to reapir the problem as he knew what is was. No one ever called or showed up. I called the phone company, who told me to contact Dish. Dish told me to contact the Phone Company. I finally called Dish when I received my statement and found out the "free" part did not include a month, y service fee which i was never told about.

I immdiately cancelled with Dish and was told I would be billed $230.00 for the remainder of my 2 free years. I told them something has to work in order to bill someone. They acknowledged someone came to my home, but have no idea who it was. They did not offer anyone else to come to repair the problem

When I called, I had the most rude and arrogant Supervisor I have ever spoken to. Very nasty and told me too bad, I had to pay the bill.

I have sonce gone bak to my old Cable company, but am still being billed this $230.00 for non-service. All's they had to do was fix it, but refused.

I am contacting the Colorado State Attorney Generals Office with this complaint. They have "interrupted my service", but it had better be cancelled completely.
