I signed us for satellite tv, I have the digital home plan, this plan was that I get a free install dish/receiver for a fee of $35.99 or something like that, I got my installation on 11/21/01 with that installation I was to get a one month free service, I am bind with a one year service contract or I will have to pay dishnetwork $240.00. However sense, November 21, I got a bill for $103.37 witch dishnetwork said I had to pay on December6.2001 In January 22 I had to pay $98.86 on February I paid $102.23, also in February 14 Skyboxtv charged my credit card $125.00 for the service.

I have not received my free month of service as of yet, I question dishnetwork about the February14 charge from Skyboxtv a service that dishnetwork contracted, dishnetwork tell me that it's my problem to contact skyboxtv concerning the February 14 fee, the only problem with that is the 1-800-720-9197 Ga. That was on my credit card bill keep giving me this recording, (you have reached customer service our hours are from 8am to 5pm Mondays-Fridays, if you reached this massage doing those hours we are on the line with other customers) I have been calling this number sense Monday February 25, either the phone keeps ringing and a machine said (the party you are trying to reach is no answering the phone, please hang up) I spoke to a supervisor from dishnetwork to solicit their help, but they said that they needed from me, an address of skyboxtv. Dishnetwork contracts a service to which the have no address?
