My first incident was in August. I purchese Izze brand sparkling pomegranite drinks. I am a big fan of Izze products. So I tried it and it was absoluletly horrid. I purchased these at one Krogers and I went to return them at Krogers in Princeton without the receipt.
Upon entering the store, I asked to make a return and I was told it was too late (8 PM?) and that the returns manager had left for the day. She also said with an attitude of disgust I couldn't return items without the receipt.
I said well I just drove from an hour away, so I was told to find something else. I did not find these drinks to be in the store, and I approached a cashier to say that they did not have these, and I was rudely told "well, you cant return items from another store anyways".
So I told them to keep them and walked out. The whole front end of that store was teenagers muddling around talking. I was treated very rudly and I find that their return policies are quite odd.
(Krogers is the only alternative to mega stores and smaller convenience grocers in my area)
