The ordeal that i witnessed was not only horrific but it was totally uncalled for. I not only was outraged by what i saw and heard i felt very bad for the individual, who is actually someone i know and for him to be treated this way is unforgivable. This happened at the route 4 kroger on erie. It involved a member of management and i saw his name, it was tim. He was very nasty and hateful to his employees extremely demeaning. If this is what kroger has as its best then my opinion of krogers has hit rock bottom and i will never step inside of krogers again. I will do my shopping at walmart from now on.
