My mother bought food from krogers in McConnelsville, Ohio and they charged her double for the food $43.46 was on the reciept twice and they said the first transaction messed up and it declined so they made her swipe it again and she wondered why her foodstamps went down so far then we looked at all the reciepts she had 224.19, the stuff rung up to 43.46 and we only got 137.27 left and then the cashier wouldn't listen to her when she told him that he made a mistake
