This company has not been able to provide basic homeowner information to this homeowner. THey gave me an insurance company to call for a verification of insurance letter for this property. The company says no policy exists. Now Platinum operator will only give calls to voicemails—the voicemails are not returned. I have found it impossible to communicate with this company.
I have become concerned that this behavior of avoidance and misinformation may indicate shady or neglectful business practices.
