I was looking for the email address of a friend. This person has a common name, but a unique spelling. I entered the person's name, city, state and zip code as was asked for.
The search came back saying it had found 28 matches, and for $14.95 I could see them. I was very interested in finding this friend, so I bit and paid the $14.95.
When they showed the result of the search, I realized they had done the search based only on the FIRST INITIAL of the first name, and none of the names listed were the special spelling that I asked for.in fact, there were many names that were totally different, based only on the first initial.
I feel I was fraudulently baited into paying the $14.95 fee, and would like a refund.
