Company send me a letter in July saying they bought homeowner's insurance for my property in May.
The reason to this is because this lawn #31997000 was with another bank called SIB Mortgage and they sold my account to Ocwen Federal Bank and my property had homeowner's insurance since I bought this property.
I sent faxes to them because had to wait more than 1/2 hour over the telephone and then hang up on me and even though they received my fax they charged me 231.40 which charged me to my escrow account.
What a rip-off!!!
I'm taking this case to my lawyer and BBB.
