I discovered months of unauthorized charges of $59.78 each. I called and they agreed to only refund one month. I objected. I sent a letter to Customer Service Director saying I was "dupped" and their records would show I never used their card. The letter was never answered after 2 months of time.
I then called again on 3/4/03 and the answering machine tells you the name has changed to WQ Long Distance. Manuel answered and says they sent me a phone card which I never got. He says after 30 days the charges start even if you aren't using the card. He is going to send me a wave file by email with the recording of me accepting the offer of a card (see complaints by
a Leslie who says her recording was unintelligible).
