We noticed 3 charges on our credit card for $59.78 (1 week apart). When you call this company they instantly start to attack you for questioning your credit card bill.
They lie trying to make you out to be the idiot for ordering from an infomercial (Wellquest) & telling them that it never happened. I have never once ordered from an infomercial, nor did I ever receive or use a long distance card (I have free long distance!)
They lie saying that they did not put these charges thru, then want you to go to the trouble of sending your statements to them. These are nasty, nasty people. It's also interesting that charges come out of LEBANON! Hmmmmm.
I wonder what the FBI would have to say about that. How are these morons getting people's credit card & personal info? How to file charges? Will be looking into that. Everyone needs to do their part in making them pay!
