My 82 year old father recently recieved a collection notice from Consumer Telecom Long Distance. For the last twelve years my father had gotten his long distance from our cable communications company for free! Neither he nor I have ever heard of Consumer Telecom until this notice appeared in his mail.
This so called company is doing nothing more than attempting to exhort money from an elderly man whom has never used, no has had any need of their services!
