Same problem as everyone else except I have not yet been charged. Placed order but never rec'd a response to emails & was never able to contact by phone. This was a Christmas gift for my niece so it was a shame that she didn't receive anything from her Aunt on Christmas because of the company's failure to even send a simple response to an email!!
