Buyer beware! They'll take your $ and never deliver the product No Response to numerous emails and phone calls HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered 3 Christmas presents from Mailjust4me on 12/8/06, all to be shipped to the same address. According to their site, delivery by Christmaswas guaranteed if ordered by 12/15/06 with tracking number provided. I rec'd a confirmation email on 12/8/06 that my order was rec'd and my account was billed $58.80. The email also read that my order was being shipped standard UPS ground (5-10 business days), well before Christmas - no tracking number was ever provided.

On 12/24/06, I learned that my package had not yet been delivered. I called and emailed Mailjust4me several times to try and obtain a tracking number. Numerous calls and emails went unanswered. On 12/28/06,2 of my gifts arrived, 1 was missing. No note was included regarding the missing gift, which was a football for my nephew.

After 15 emails and 10 phone messages; finally, on 1/8/07,1 month after ordering and being billed in full, I rec'd an email from Karen Tinley. She advised that the football was on backorder. This was the first time I was advised of this, it was also the first time that a tracking number was provided. After checking the tracking info, I learned that Mailjust4me didn't even mail the package until 10 days after my order (but they sure did take my $ the day I ordered).

I immediately emailed Karen Tinley again to ask why my package was mailed 10 days later, why the promise to deliver by Christmas was not met, and where was my nephew's football - I also asked for a partial refund for the shipping charges and for the football. No response was rec'd. I went to their site and learned that as of 1/8/07 the football was still being offered for sale. They had full knowledge that it was on backorder and that they may never receive anymore.

20 emails and calls requesting a refund went unanswered. On 1/23/07 at 9:48pm, I finally decided to take legal action. I emailed my attorney, and copied Karen Tinley as a courtesy, requesting that she be demanded to refund my $ and to request that the judge sanction her to pay my attorney's fees because she was compelling this legal action. On 1/23/07 at 11:34pm (less than 2 hours later) my refund was processed - how about that!

Don't order from this company! Karen Tinley does not care one bit about her customer's satisfaction. She has an F rating from the BBB and does not have a clue how to resolve her mistakes amicably. I have been 100% completely honest in this report, if she rebutts anything but an apology, she's lying! Just look at the other reports on "rip-off", they are all basically the same... No response and no product! If you don't want to be driven to legal action to get results then stay away!!!
