I ordered a leather briefcase on 12/12/08 from LeatherStoreUSA.com and received an email confirmation that my order had shipped UPS Ground the same day. I work with UPS on a daily basis so when the order did not com in by the 18th I began to wonder. I visited their website and called the phone number and no one answered. I called back several times a day and left close to ten messages. I also wrote to their email address provided 5 or six times with no response. Finally on 12/23/08 I got in touch with Marina. She put me on hold for 15 minutes before returning to the phone and advising me that my order was backordered because they didn't have the briefcase in the color I requested. She said they had received it that day and they would ship it out to me UPS Next Day at no charge. I told them my company where it was being shipped would be closed the next day and asked her to have it shipped direct to the receiver of the Christmas gift. She assured me that was no problem. I talked to Marina again yesterday (12/29/08) and she said it was scheduled to arrive on 12/30/08 shipping UPS Ground! Here it is 12/30/08 and my aunt still does not have her gift! We did a secret santa this year so my aunt got absolutely NOTHING for Christmas! LeatherStoreUSA.com completely ruined my Christmas!
