Horrible company

I ordered a Christmas present for my niece on Nov 24th. I was unable to get into my mailbox so I called the company today (Dec 24th) to see if my post office had sent it back to them. The gentleman told me that (OOPS!) We never sent it! I told him it was a Christmas gift and that my niece wasn't going to get her gift tomorrow. He told me I should have called sooner and that way I would have gotten it by Christmas. I asked him to overnight it to me and he said, "I'm not spending that kind of money to overnight a ten dollar order!" He then told me that it was not a big deal that I was not getting the present before Christmas and that he would not waste his time arguing with me when the worst that could happen to him is that he could " lose a ten dollar customer.", and hung up. Guess we will see if I get the present in time for next Christmas.
