The Ashford Apartments, Aimco Rals L.P. Black Mold, Water Damage, Destruction of Property Goes Neglected by Mgmt. Atlanta, Colorado

I have black mold in my apartment, the window has been leaking for months, if you want to have your belongings destroyed and be out of work sick all the time, this is your place. Management is very rude and cares only for the money, its funny how if you are three days late on your payment they charge $250.00 but when water pours in your apartment for weeks on end they take their sweet time.

High levels of Chaetomium have been detected which is a mold, we are awaiting an air sample test as well as an Asbestos test.
