I have been complaining to the Raintree, The Pinnacle Family of Companies, and the new management team Cirrus management that there have been several problems like water damage and Mold but they will not comply to the promises that was offered. The companies apartments all have Mold but have not addressed it with the entire apartment. They try to claim its an isolated incident but every apartment has mold growing in the walls.
Also we are supposed to have a working gate at all times but for several months the gate was not working and several people got robbed and even at gun point and tied up. The company tried to call an isolated incident that happened more than seven times in its complex.
Before I moved in on May 31 I asked if there had been robberies the staff told me NO! The truth came out when three residents who stayed had informed me the same day of the robbery when I was moving in.
