There was some discoloration on one of the walls in our house and I had no idea where it came from. I had also been noticing my allergies had worsened in the past few weeks. I figured it was just from the change in the weather, it is all over the place from time to time. I called HomeServ about getting a test done and I set up an appointment for a few days later, when I was off work. The technician got to the house right in the time frame they said they would. The test was done and sent to the lab to be analyzed. The test came back positive, I’m very glad I had the test taken because not only was there mold, but it was black mold, the most dangerous type of mold. I received an estimate for the removal of the mold, it was reasonable so I went with HomeServ. The technicians did a great job, even the inspector was there for a little while, to explain everything and make sure everything was well explained. After the mold removal we had HomeServ come back for repairs to where the mold had been removed. Everything looked great at the end of the process. Call HomeServ.
