I reported over 1 year ago that my toilet still leaks and was never fixed. Also, 2 months ago on 11/09 or 11/10 the repairman came and said that my hot water tank needed to be fixed because it was rusted and starting to split. It is still not fixed. I sent an email on 12/23 asking the manager when my hot water was going to get fixed. She said when they have time, and that it was just rusted and there was nothing wrong with my hot water tank.
Also, in my daughter's bedroom there is black mold, still not fixed.
On November 9, 2013, the next building over had a carbon dioxide poisoning and a family went to the hospital. They had no detectors to alert them until after the family went to the hospital. The levels were as high as 64 in one apartment. This was caused by a bad hot water tank and a bad furnace. The local Paw Paw police department was here and so was the local fire department. The family went to Bronson Lakeview hospital in Paw Paw.
My patio door ices up at the bottom and you can see outside because it cracked all the way down. My daughter has health problems, and the black mold and the cold are not good for her. She is asthmatic and has seizures.
