I am sick and tired of the constant phone calls! They call me the day before and the day my payment is due. They also call my husbands phone.
I deliberatley ignored their calls this week, and on the fourth (and final) call today, I answered and immediately hung up.
I went to make my payment two hours later and when I walked in (they know me) they stared with sarcastic grins on their faces and when I stared them down, they refused to look at me.
One idiot asked me if he could help me, and I said, "Yes, you can stop calling me 5-6 times a day. If you need to leave a courtesy call thats fine, but more than that is harrassment." He replies with and a shitty grin, 'Well, I'm not the one who called you."
I told him I didnt care who called-and in the middle of my statement-another employee interupted me and said, "If you just pick up the phone and call us back, we'll stop bothering you."
I said I didn't owe him a "courtesy call". Another employee responded with, " We want to know if your going to make your payment." I said, " Well I'm here, aren't I." They all laughed and at that time I repeated that I didnt want anymore phone calls while the jerk behind the counter raised his voice to talk over me while asking the name of my account and continued to repeat himself over me until I said, " You know what, you can wait for your payment now."
He said, " OK, we'll see you on Monday for a Pick up, and I said, "if you think so you piece of sh*t! They were all laughing while the one guy yelled sarcastically, "Thank you, have a good day and Merry Christmas!"
I have a disease that flares if I am stressed. After this experience I got sick and spent the rest of the day in bed. I am changing my numbers and filing a harrassment suit.
