MCI Harrassing Phone Calls

I missed a payment with MCI which was paid now each month their phone system calls me several days in advance to make a payment that isn't even due yet. I ask them not to call again for a payment that isn't due yet. 8:39AM on a Saturday AM (one day I get to sleep in) I get a call from the MCI 973-437-2105 phone#. Its MCI trying to collect a payment that isn't past due and isn't due till a few days later.

They claim its not harrassment but I claim it is when they keep calling me for something that isn't due yet. They claim it's to protect my dial tone. Employees have to know that is bu! Sh8X but they tell us anyways. I was finally provided a fax # to cease and desist the phone calls but its only for 10 days. Fax# is 877-789-3130 if you would like it.

So when next month comes around are they going to start calling me again several days before the payment is due?

This is totally a case of harrassment by MCI and they shouldn't be allowed to do this to customers who's payments are not past due!
