Comcast tech drilled through carpet and caused a 3' x 1/2" rip, destroying carpet. Over 8 months and at least 30 calls they sent 2 different people out to look at it and both said it cannot be repaired and must be replaced. Wherever I call lately they say someone will call back, but never do. I filed with the BBB and am calling a lawyer.
