I ordered services with this company on the 13th of July and the tech came out to my house hooked up the hardware, had me sign a paper then took my money and left, well I never recieved a credit on my first months bill for the installation fees that I had paid up front, so I called comcast and asked about this, they told me that since the tech did not check a box saying he recieved a payment than they cannot issue me a credit on my bill.
So basically their tech came into my home, installed services and took $62.00 from me that now I have to pay to comcast! This is out rageous! And I asked to disconnect service from them and they told me a tech needed to come into my home and disconnect hardware to be returned. I told them like hell any more of their employees were coming into my home! Their equipment would be outside.
