A wedding videographer showed up and did a nice job at the wedding (in August). He said that we would be contacted by A Solid Gold Sound in the coming weeks to confirm a shipping address for the edited DVD. However, now in November of we have still received nothing. After numerous attempts to gain information as to the whereabouts of our DVD, we have obtained absolutely nothing.
Each phone call attempt to the company is received and we are told each time that "we are experiencing a heavy volume of orders this summer and our editors are behind schedule." The original promised delivery date was 4-6 weeks after the wedding. After 6 weeks, we called and were told that it would be 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks, our phone call then warranted a response of "8-10 weeks max." However, we're now at 13 weeks and counting and they tried to give me an email address of the 'editors' in Cleveland, Ohio. They would not give any phone numbers or addresses. I'm beginning to think this company is either bogus or so poorly run and organized that they simply lost our video submitted by the videographer at our wedding.
After having read the other testimonials on this site, I believe there is substantial evidence and proof to open a class-action law suit against A Solid Gold Sound.
